Philip was 60% sure of eternal life when I met him. He was angry with himself, hurting, and bitter on the inside because he knew there were things in his life that were not right, but he was unable to change these things. Philip trusted Christ alone to save him this day, being completely SATISFIED with God's blood payment for him. He then said, "HE SAVED ME. HE STEPPED INTO MY LIFE. HE TOOK CONTROL.
