OPENED AND TRANSFORMED

In this video, Mike Barko engages in a conversation with Luke Wilson, a James Madison University student, to share the Gospel of Jesus. Luke begins by sharing his journey to faith, acknowledging that he believed in God for most of his life but had a different understanding of Christ's sacrifice. He used to think that Jesus saved him so that he could strive to earn his way into heaven. However, he now realizes that Christ's sacrifice is sufficient, and there's nothing he can do to change that. This revelation has deeply impacted him, opening and transforming his heart. Mike asks Luke about his plans for his relationship with the Lord moving forward. Luke expresses his desire to get to know God better, to share what he has learned with others, and to be more active in his small group discussions. He emphasizes the comforting aspect of what Christ did for him and how it has changed his perspective on leading a good life. Throughout the conversation, there is a sense of genuine introspection and spiritual growth. Luke's journey is a reminder of the transformative power of faith and understanding Christ's sacrifice in a new light. Mike concludes the video by expressing his love for Luke and the importance of unity in sharing the message of Christ. Luke grants permission to use the video to continue spreading the Gospel message.
